Will the Rascal Ryley suit you?
A powerchair for homes and shops where room is short. The Ryley measures 61 cm across and drives from its middle wheels, so it turns in a small space instead of needing a wide swing. The seat is a high-back captain's chair, closer to a scooter seat than a wheelchair sling, and full suspension keeps it settled on pavements. It manages 5 cm kerbs, takes riders up to 21 st 5 lb and goes up to 16.3 miles on a charge, topped up through a port on the joystick.

The Rascal Ryley in detail
Slim, sprung and easy to place. At 61 cm wide and 108 cm long, the Rascal Ryley is made for the spots where space runs out: hallways, lifts, café tables and shop aisles. Outdoors it is just as willing, thanks to full suspension.

Controls
The joystick can be raised or lowered and swings aside, so you can sit close to a desk or dining table. Its built-in charging port saves reaching down to the base. The armrests flip up for sideways transfers and are fully adjustable.

Colour choices for the Ryley are Green Lightning and Orange Sunset. There is also a Ryley Seat Lift, which raises the seat by 7.5 inches, and the larger Rivco and Rivco Seat Lift for riders who need more capacity. Staff at our North West showrooms can help you compare them side by side.

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Just walk in to any of our 9 North West showrooms, or call first and we will have this model ready for you. If you cannot get to us and you live in the North West, we will bring it to your home for a free demonstration.
What happens if it breaks down?
It comes with a 12-month warranty, looked after by our own engineers. For a warranty repair we collect it and bring it back free of charge across mainland UK. After that, we service and repair at any showroom or at your home.
Can I part exchange my old one?
Yes. Bring your old scooter or powerchair to any showroom and we will value it there and then, with up to £400 off your new one. We can also give a price by phone, confirmed when we see it.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Not if the person it is for has a long-term illness or disability and it is for their own personal use. The price shown already has VAT relief applied. You confirm that you qualify once, with a short declaration in your cart. There is nothing to send to HMRC.
How will it be delivered?
Most people choose engineer delivery for £79: it arrives inspected and assembled, with a full demonstration, and we take the packaging away. Free courier delivery to the kerbside is also available.
