Finding us in Burnley
Our Burnley showroom is on St James's Street, the main shopping street through the town centre, on the same street as the Charter Walk Shopping Centre. We have been here since 2021.
Parking
Charter Walk has a short-stay car park and a large multi-storey next to the centre, with a marked Purple Pathway showing the easiest route in for anyone with limited mobility. Burnley Council's town-centre car parks are close by too, including Pioneer, William Thompson and Cow Lane.
By bus or train
Burnley Bus Station is in the town centre, a short distance from St James's Street. The town has two railway stations, Burnley Central and Burnley Manchester Road, each under half a mile away.
Charter Walk also has accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility at its customer service suite.
What you can do here
- Try before you buy. Scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs and riser recliner chairs to sit on and try. Call first if you want a particular model ready.
- Check it fits your car. Bring the car and we will try a boot or folding scooter in it with you.
- Part exchange. Bring your old scooter or powerchair and we will value it on the spot, with up to £400 off a new one.
- Motability Scheme. Sign up here and we will take you through it.
- Servicing and repairs. Drop yours in and our engineers will look after it.
- Free assessments for made-to-measure powerchairs.
