Will the Lithilite Pro suit you?
The Lithilite Pro is a boot scooter for people who like a full day out. Its lithium battery gives up to 30 miles between charges at a 4 mph top speed, yet the scooter still splits into five parts without tools. Nothing weighs more than 15 kg. Suspension front and rear smooths out pavements and park paths, the 4 kg battery box lifts off to charge indoors, and it carries riders up to 23 stone.

The Lithilite Pro in detail
Thirty miles from a scooter that travels in the boot. The Pro is the long-range member of Motion's Lithilite family. It keeps the light frame and tool-free breakdown, and adds a bigger lithium battery for people whose days out run long.

Comfort over distance
Long range only matters if the ride stays comfortable. Springs at each end take the sting out of dropped kerbs and uneven flags, and the low-backed seat turns to the side so getting on and off is simple. Set the tiller where your arms feel relaxed and the miles pass easily.
Charging made light work
There is no need to bring the whole scooter near a socket. Lift off the battery box, carry it inside in one hand and charge it wherever suits.

Questions people ask us in the shop
Will it fit in my car?
Bring the car to any showroom and we will try it in the boot with you. We take it apart or fold it together, so you can see how it goes in and feel what each piece weighs before you decide.
Do I need a licence, tax or insurance?
No. A 4 mph pavement scooter needs no licence, no tax and no registration. Insurance is not a legal requirement, but we strongly recommend it.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Just walk in to any of our 9 North West showrooms, or call first and we will have this model ready for you. If you cannot get to us and you live in the North West, we will bring it to your home for a free demonstration.
What happens if it breaks down?
It comes with a 12-month warranty, looked after by our own engineers. For a warranty repair we collect it and bring it back free of charge across mainland UK. After that, we service and repair at any showroom or at your home.
Can I part exchange my old one?
Yes. Bring your old scooter or powerchair to any showroom and we will value it there and then, with up to £400 off your new one. We can also give a price by phone, confirmed when we see it.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Not if the person it is for has a long-term illness or disability and it is for their own personal use. The price shown already has VAT relief applied. You confirm that you qualify once, with a short declaration in your cart. There is nothing to send to HMRC.
How will it be delivered?
Most people choose engineer delivery for £79: it arrives inspected and assembled, with a full demonstration, and we take the packaging away. Free courier delivery to the kerbside is also available.
