Will the Rascal Rivco Seat Lift suit you?
This is the Rivco with a 10 inch seat lift. A scissor mechanism raises the seat from 62 cm to as high as 87 cm, which puts tall cupboards, shop counters and standing conversations within easy reach. Underneath is the XL Rascal base: mid-wheel drive, full suspension, 5 cm kerb climbing and 55Ah batteries for up to 18.8 miles. The weight limit is 28 st 8 lb, and the seat comes in three widths so it can be matched to the rider.

Why the lift matters
A rising seat changes everyday jobs. Reaching a wall cupboard, paying at a high counter or chatting with someone who is standing all become easier when you can bring yourself up to their level.
Seat sizes and details
Three seat sizes are offered: 18.5, 20.5 and 22 inches wide, with depths of 18.9 or 19.5 inches. Both armrests flip up and are fully adjustable, and the charging port sits on the joystick where it is easy to reach. The chair is 110 cm long and 70 cm wide, and the colours are Blue Moon and Sunset Orange. Sizing is best done in person, and staff at our North West showrooms will measure and advise.

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Just walk in to any of our 9 North West showrooms, or call first and we will have this model ready for you. If you cannot get to us and you live in the North West, we will bring it to your home for a free demonstration.
What happens if it breaks down?
It comes with a 12-month warranty, looked after by our own engineers. For a warranty repair we collect it and bring it back free of charge across mainland UK. After that, we service and repair at any showroom or at your home.
Can I part exchange my old one?
Yes. Bring your old scooter or powerchair to any showroom and we will value it there and then, with up to £400 off your new one. We can also give a price by phone, confirmed when we see it.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Not if the person it is for has a long-term illness or disability and it is for their own personal use. The price shown already has VAT relief applied. You confirm that you qualify once, with a short declaration in your cart. There is nothing to send to HMRC.
How will it be delivered?
Most people choose engineer delivery for £79: it arrives inspected and assembled, with a full demonstration, and we take the packaging away. Free courier delivery to the kerbside is also available.
