Advice from the showroom floor
Will the Q700 M Sedeo Pro suit you?
The Quickie Q700 M is a made-to-order, mid-wheel drive powerchair for full-time users who need seating built around them. It turns on its own axis within a turning circle of 1100 mm, so it is agile indoors. Outdoors, SpiderTrac 2.0 suspension keeps all six wheels on the ground and climbs kerbs up to 100 mm. The Sedeo Pro seating is adjustable in fine detail, and range is up to 24 miles.
Every Q700 M is built to order, so it starts with an assessment at a showroom, looking at seating, positioning and controls together. Call ahead so the model is ready to try.

Four-pole high torque motors supply the power, and the top speed depends on the motors specified. There are seven colour inlays to choose from.
Assessments take place at our showrooms in the North West, with our own engineers on hand for servicing afterwards.
Range and speed vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature and battery condition.
Faster than 4 mph
Using the Q700 M Sedeo Pro on the road
Anything that goes above 4 mph is a class 3 vehicle. You do not need a driving licence, and there is no vehicle tax to pay. The rules are short:
- It must be registered with the DVLA. Registration is free, and we complete it for you when you buy.
- You must be 14 or over to drive it.
- Keep to 4 mph on pavements and in pedestrian areas. The higher speed is for the road only.
- Not on motorways, in bus lanes or in cycle lanes, and avoid dual carriageways with a limit over 50 mph.
- Insurance is not a legal requirement, but it is strongly recommended.
