The Q6 Edge 2.0 suits an active rider who wants one chair for the house and for getting about outside. Six wheels stay on the ground for a planted feel, the mid-wheel layout turns within its own length, and 4-pole motors take it up to 8 mph. A charge lasts up to 15 miles. The optional iLevel seat rises by up to 12 inches while you keep moving at walking pace, handy for shelves and counters.

The Q6 Edge 2.0 in detail
Quick outdoors, precise indoors. The Quantum Q6 Edge 2.0 puts strong 4-pole motors under a six-wheel, mid-wheel drive base, then lets you build the seating and electronics around the rider.

iLevel seat lift
With the optional iLevel system the seat rises by up to 12 inches, about 30 cm, and the chair can still travel at up to 3.5 mph while raised. Extra stability features are built in to keep the chair steady during transfers and when reaching.
Options worth asking about
The base can be fitted with TRU-Balance 3 powered positioning, Accu-Trac tracking technology and switch-operated LED fender lights. At our North West showrooms we go through these during a free assessment, so the finished chair matches how you live.

Faster than 4 mph
Using the Q6 Edge 2.0 on the road
Anything that goes above 4 mph is a class 3 vehicle. You do not need a driving licence, and there is no vehicle tax to pay. The rules are short:
- It must be registered with the DVLA. Registration is free, and we complete it for you when you buy.
- You must be 14 or over to drive it.
- Keep to 4 mph on pavements and in pedestrian areas. The higher speed is for the road only.
- Not on motorways, in bus lanes or in cycle lanes, and avoid dual carriageways with a limit over 50 mph.
- Insurance is not a legal requirement, but it is strongly recommended.

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Just walk in to any of our 9 North West showrooms, or call first and we will have this model ready for you. If you cannot get to us and you live in the North West, we will bring it to your home for a free demonstration.
What happens if it breaks down?
It comes with a 12-month warranty, looked after by our own engineers. For a warranty repair we collect it and bring it back free of charge across mainland UK. After that, we service and repair at any showroom or at your home.
Can I part exchange my old one?
Yes. Bring your old scooter or powerchair to any showroom and we will value it there and then, with up to £400 off your new one. We can also give a price by phone, confirmed when we see it.
