Will the Envoy 4 suit you?
Drive's Envoy 4 suits someone who wants a big, settled scooter but has no wish to go on the road. It keeps to 4 mph on the pavement, with all-round suspension plus soft air-filled tyres underneath you. Riders of up to 25 stone are catered for, and a charge can last up to 25 miles. It stays assembled and lives in a garage, shed or hallway.
Come and sit on one at our North West showrooms, where we will set the armrests and tiller to suit you. A short drive round the shop floor tells you more than any brochure. Call ahead so an Envoy 4 is ready for you to try.

The Envoy 4 in detail
Full-size comfort at pavement pace. Drive's Envoy 4 has the presence of a road scooter and the simplicity of a 4 mph one. A 350W motor gives it the strength to carry up to 25 stone without fuss, and the batteries are sized for long days.

A calm, cushioned ride
The tyres and suspension work together. The air in the tyres absorbs the chatter of rough paving, and the springs deal with kerb ramps and potholes. Add a well-padded seat and armrests you can set to your own width, and longer outings stay comfortable from start to finish.
Out after dark
With this much range you may still have plenty of charge left when the light goes, and the LED headlight is bright enough to show the way home. The basket has room for a bag and a bit of shopping, and the silver wheel hubs smarten up the look. Servicing and repairs are carried out by our own engineers, at a showroom or at home.

Questions people ask us in the shop
Do I need a licence, tax or insurance?
No. A 4 mph pavement scooter needs no licence, no tax and no registration. Insurance is not a legal requirement, but we strongly recommend it.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Just walk in to any of our 9 North West showrooms, or call first and we will have this model ready for you. If you cannot get to us and you live in the North West, we will bring it to your home for a free demonstration.
What happens if it breaks down?
It comes with a 12-month warranty, looked after by our own engineers. For a warranty repair we collect it and bring it back free of charge across mainland UK. After that, we service and repair at any showroom or at your home.
Can I part exchange my old one?
Yes. Bring your old scooter or powerchair to any showroom and we will value it there and then, with up to £400 off your new one. We can also give a price by phone, confirmed when we see it.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Not if the person it is for has a long-term illness or disability and it is for their own personal use. The price shown already has VAT relief applied. You confirm that you qualify once, with a short declaration in your cart. There is nothing to send to HMRC.
How will it be delivered?
Most people choose engineer delivery for £79: it arrives inspected and assembled, with a full demonstration, and we take the packaging away. Free courier delivery to the kerbside is also available.
